Grappa obtained from the distillation of the same blend of grapes that gave rise to our San Nicola, and therefore mainly marc of San Giovese and Cabernet Franc.

The latter give special scents to the grappa, a persistence and an aftertaste that ranges from fruit in alcohol to the most particular spices with a hint of cloves that amalgamates everything.

The distillation takes place in bain-marie in double boiler stills, a very ancient technique with slow and discontinuous extraction; refining in stainless steel tanks.

Grappa obtained from the distillation of the same blend of grapes that gave origin to our San Nicola, therefore mainly pomace of San Giovese and Cabernet Franc; these two give particular scents, a persistence and an aftertaste that ranges from fruit in alcohol to spices with a note of cloves
The distillation takes place in a bain-marie in double boiler stills, an ancient technique with slow and discontinuous extraction
Aging instead takes place in medium toasted Slavonian oak barrels and lasts for 18 months, during all this time the grappa obtains an intense amber color and the aromas become warmer, enveloping and balanced, the notes of spices are combined with a particular hint of almond and nutmeg

Grappa da vinacce di Recioto – Etichetta Blu

This Grappa of Recioto is obtained from the recioto marc of our Cellar. The refinement of this grappa takes place in oak barrels and lasts 6 months. On the palate it is soft and elegant with an obvious taste of Recioto. The nose expresses a fresh and floral scent. Ideal to taste at the end of a meal.

To be served in small colorless glasses at a temperature of about 20 ° C.

Grappa da vinacce di Amarone

This Grappa of Amarone is obtained from the distillation of the Amarone marc of our Cellar. The refinement of this grappa takes place in small Slavonian oak barrels for about 6 months. On the palate it is soft and elegant with a strong taste of Amarone. The nose expresses a fresh and floral scent.
It is advisable to taste it at the end of a meal. To be tasted in small sips at room temperature.
