<p>TRAINING SYSTEM: guyot GRAPES: 40% corvina, 20% rondinella, 20% San Giovese, 20% Molinara AVERAGE AGE OF THE PLANTS: 15 years</p>
<p>HARVEST: manual harvest from the end of August</p>
<p>VINIFICATION: vinification in steel fermenters, following the Martinotti-Charmat method. The first fermentation allows for an excellent fruity base with an intense pink color. On this basis the second fermentation is carried out (always in steel), from which a fine and delicate perlage is obtained.</p>
<p>REFINING: // ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS: pink color that recalls all the fruit found in the mouth at the time of tasting; bright reflections, fine perlage. The balanced acidity makes it pleasant and drinkable.</p>
<p>PAIRING: excellent served fresh (below 10 ° C); perfect companion of aperitifs and fish dishes. Even in combination with fresh and grilled vegetables it expresses its full potential.</p>
<p>ALCOHOL: 12.50%</p>

<p>VINIFICATION: in steel tanks following the Martinotti-Charmat method. The first fermentation allows for an excellent mash base with intense pink colour. On this basis, the second fermentation is carried out (always in stainless steel), from which a fine and delicate pearly is obtained.</p>
<p>WINE AGING: //</p>
<p>ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS: pink colour that reminds of all the fruit found in the mouth at the time of tasting; bright reflections and fine pearls.</p>
<p>PAIRING: excellent served fresh (below 10 ° C), a perfect combination with appetizers and fish-based dishes. Matched with fresh vegetables and fruit-based desserts, it also expresses its full potential.</p>
