HARVEST: Grapes are harvested by hand from the end of August.
VINIFICATION: in steel tanks following the Martinotti-Charmat method. The first fermentation allows for an excellent mash base with intense pink colour. On this basis, the second fermentation is carried out (always in stainless steel), from which a fine and delicate pearly is obtained.

ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS: pink colour that reminds of all the fruit found in the mouth at the time of tasting; bright reflections and fine pearls.
PAIRING: excellent served fresh (below 10 ° C), a perfect combination with appetizers and fish-based dishes. Matched with fresh vegetables and fruit-based desserts, it also expresses its full potential.
